Returns Policy

At Sproutstanding, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality microgreens and freeze-dried products. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh microgreens, we do not accept returns on these items under any circumstances.

For our freeze-dried products, we offer a limited return policy:

• To initiate a return, please email info@sproutstanding.us within 30 days of purchase.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

• If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for returning the product at their own expense to our business address, carefully packaged to avoid damage.

• Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method if the product meets our return criteria, unless an exchange was requested by the customer.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions. For questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out — your satisfaction is important to us.
